When you register for a class or classes your spot is booked every week at the same days and times. Your card is automatically billed each month until you cancel. Cancellation is done in your online account.

A guaranteed spot every week in your class until you cancel. Monthly report card (11 and Under and JH/HS program only).

Fine with us. You just need to log into your account cancel the class you are in and re-enroll in the new class.

Months with Holidays are automatically prorated based on the number of cancelled classes.

Monday May 30 (Memorial Day)
Monday July 4 (Independence Day)
Monday August 15 - Saturday August 29 (return to school break, private lessons available)
Monday September 5 (Labor Day)
Thursday November 24 (Thanksgiving)
Monday December 19 - Saturday December 31 (Christmas break, camps and private lessons available)

Sometimes rain happens. If we have to cancel a class you will be notified with a text message. We try and offer makeups if possible, but cannot guarantee it.

Very rarely. In the summer we do offer slightly less weekly classes. If your class is affected you will be notified at least a month in advance to give you ample opportunity to switch to a different day.

Yes of course. However we recommend you demo and buy a racquet quickly so you become accustomed to it’s feel.

Darn, unfortunately Halecrest is a private club and is only open to members and enrolled participants during their scheduled times. All features of other than the tennis courts are off limits to non-members.
